Delivery options and costs
UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery (see below).
If you qualify for free delivery and need it quicker please call us as there may be an additional charge.
Standard delivery
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 working day. Your order will go by Royal Mail First Class Post.
Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.
This service should take between 1 to 2 working days.
Overseas orders
Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. Delivery time also varies but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when we send it.
Please note that we are unable to offer free delivery on overseas orders - if in doubt, please call or email us.
In all cases, if it's going to be any longer than as above we'll let you know.
Shipping and handling costs
For all items, postage costs vary depending on how much it weighs. We aim to keep costs as low as possible.

Re-delivery
If you know you will be out, please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received, as once orders have been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.
Sending things back
Our policy
We believe in the things we sell and we want you to be happy with them too. So, if they have failed you in any way, please contact us and we can discuss the options - and we may either offer to exchange them, or give you your money back, depending on the problem.
How to return
When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name and contact details, and order number - a copy of the original invoice, and the original packaging would be good!
At the same time, please tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.
If the product is faulty, we will cover second class post, for other returns, if appropriate, we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs, and for all returns, please retain a proof of posting card, which you can get from the Post Office.
